The Copy Axis function copies the entire axis – All motion profiles, drive mechanics data, transformation data, as well as the gearbox, motor and drive models and their specified margins.  Any axis from any project can be copied into the current project.

Click on the Copy Axis button on the toolbar in the main form.

Then you specify to copy from the current project or from another project.

Then specify which axis to copy (source), and where it will go (target).  An axis can be copied to the end of a project, or an existing axis can be overwritten.  Click ‘Copy’ to complete the task.

Copy Axis from Another Project

You can also copy an axis from another project by specifying the source project.  Click on the ‘Open Folder’ button, which will bring up the ‘Specify Source Project’ dialog.  Then specify the source project.  In the example below,
