The Delete Axis function deletes the entire axis – All motion profiles, drive mechanics data, transformation data, as well as the gearbox, motor and drive models and their specified margins. 

Click on the Delete Axis button on the toolbar in the main form.

Then specify which axes to delete.  Click ‘Delete’ to remove the selected axes from the project.
