Notes:

  1. The rMaxRM input is the roller starting radius with material for Unwinding applications.
  2. An Unwinding Spooling application starts at the rMaxRM and the spool is assumed fully wrapped at this radius.
  3. If dM = 0, then the roller is always assumed to be full throughout the entire sequence. I.e. rRM = rMaxRM and the roller is assumed full of material.
  4. rMaxRM is not used for Winding applications unless dM = 0
  5. dMSmust be > 0
