Custom Branded Version for Manufacturers and Distributors

A SERVOsoft custom branded version helps you market your products and becomes your company’s internal and external standard design tool. Choose from a standard list of options to configure the program with the features you want. Additional custom features can also be added.

The Basics of the Custom Version

1. You choose the name of the program, and design its logo
2. Your company logo is positioned in top right corner of the main form, with a link to your web site
3. The help file template is customized with your program/company logo and other custom changes as needed
4. The install package is customized with the program name and logo and your company name and logo
5. The database includes your company’s products; database tables are locked such that users cannot add, edit or delete products in the database tables
6. You have full access to the database tables yourself to manage as new products become available
7. We have a built-in database updates feature that allows you to release new databases anytime on your company web server
8. Regional control of the products is provided. That is, if certain products are not available in some countries, you can specify them as such, and they will not be listed for those users.
9. You can add up to 10 links listed in the main menu under ‘Help > YourCompanyName on the Web’

License Terms in plain English

1. ControlEng Corporation owns the software.
2. An installation package is provided to you.
3. You purchase the number of licenses required.
4. Included in the purchase price is technical support, program updates and fixes for one year.
5. Maintenance packages are available for the second year onward.

Getting Started

1. Contact us for more details, including pricing, features in the base package and options available in the custom version
2. Decide on the name of the program and its logo
3. Assign a technical person as the point of contact
4. Decide on the links you want (up to 10 urls)
5. If you require a special custom feature, please ask us about it. Depending on its appeal for SERVOsoft users, we may implement it for free, or a nominal fee. If your request is specific to your company, and/or the feature is not made available to other users, then we charge a fee that includes our full costs to develop such a feature.
6. The program, help file and installation package are available in English and German. If you require another language, please let us know. Depending on the language, we may implememnt it for a nominal fee.
