XYChartNET provides built-in functionality to allow graphics - arrows, ellipses, lines, rectangles, text, and trendlines - to be created and displayed dynamically in the plot area of the chart.  This functionality is available through the Annotations button in the Toolbar.  Use the Select Annotation button for moving, resizing, modifying, or deleting an annotation.

Characteristics of each created annotation can be saved to file and/or clipboard using the following methods:

• SaveAnnotationsToClipboard
• SaveAnnotationsToFile
